Born in Syracuse, I moved to the Midwest at a young age and resided there until after college where I moved with (almost) my entire immediate family to North Carolina.

I love music – all kinds. I love food and culture – all kinds. I love people and nature, particularly mountains. I enjoy hiking and being outside as well as spending time with my family and friends.  I love my work, most importantly, because I get to BE what I LOVE.

In terms of my personal spiritual evolution, it wasn’t until my late twenties that I began meditating consistently. I began seeing colors and hearing gentle voices, particularly that of a man.  I learned that the voice was my primary guide, William, and that whenever I listened to what he told me, life just fell into place. In other words, once I slowed down enough to “hear” through the cacophony in my mind, I was able to receive information that was always there, and it helped me stay in the flow instead of trying to control outcomes.

From that awakening, I began to hear other voices, other messages. I then learned to distinguish between the voices of guides, angels, ascended masters and souls who had passed. I discovered how I interpreted the unique colors and frequencies that represent these different higher frequency beings.  I still find it all so fascinating, and I feel blessed that I can “sixth sense” these things and share the same powerful realizations with others.

to guide others in connecting and interpreting their Divine connection by listening to their own inner guidance in the way they are naturally inclined – and then take that awareness to the next level.  It is my passion. It is my purpose.
