As we move from lifetime to lifetime, our experiences in each life leave thumbprints. They make us who we are; it is what connects us to our soul group – the people who invite us to spread our wings and reconnect to our origin.
We all have a song. We have a vibration and specific energy, like orchestral strings, methodically and harmonically synchronizing in time. We resonate with certain frequencies and sensations without logical explanation.
So how do we remember our soul’s specific song? And what happens when the tones are discordant? OR what happens when our song is disrupted?
Surrender. Clear. Listen.
Steps to Finding Your Soul’s Song:
Day 1: Surrender Start from the foundational aspect of your BEing here on this planet. Look around you and remember what you love and appreciate. Remember your periphery is what your mind is projecting, not the other way around. The more you recognize what you love, the more it comes back to you. Universal Law: Let go of what you THINK is supposed to be and step into what is already there.
Day 2: Clear Reflect first. On one piece of paper, jot down when you felt self-worth and pride, success in the things you accomplished without seeking approval. On another, write down any regrets (the “shadows” as per Carl Jung), setting the intention to release what no longer serves you. Burn this. Keep the list of accomplishments in a folder by your bedside or on your altar. Pray on it every day and remember who you ARE.
Day 3: Listen Pay attention to the sights, sounds, messages, people you run into this day and every day. Synchronicity is key here, and if you set your intention to receive what you need to know to move forward, it will come. Trust this. Most of the voices that we listen to are the ancient whispers of energies from the past that sing throughout eternity. As part of the Oneness that encompasses the human collective, we all have access to these messages. We all form our own symphonies of creation and expression with each other. The more we listen to those “songs” in times of silence and reverence, the more we find who WE truly are. Listen.
The Final Step: Dig Deeper and Explore
One of the most challenging aspects of connecting to who we are relates to not knowing how to connect and then trusting and believing that once we do connect, what we are experiencing is real. The primary purpose of a teacher is to gently lead others to an understanding of how to integrate what is being taught. As a bridge, I connect the dots. And the “I” then becomes a “we” turning our solo songs into a symphonic, universal masterpiece.
