These sessions are geared toward deep healing of past and present leading into a clearer future. My intention in holding space for these regression sessions is that you are able to remove any obstacles keeping you from attaining your goals and your dreams, personally and professionally.

Having had counseling most of my young life, I realized that talk therapy, though incredibly helpful and powerful, can only go so far. I have observed with myself and others with whom I have worked that many of our "issues" go much deeper than just this current lifetime. Most healing comes from investigating your soul's patterns of growth, your ancestral patterns and even patterns of the collective consciousness that may be influencing you in subtle or obvious ways. This is where hypnotherapy, or tapping into the sub and super conscious aspects of Self, come into play.

I have been trained and certified in "Transpersonal Hypnotherapy" through the International Association of Counselors and Therapists (IACT) as well as Life Between Lives (LBL) with the Michael Newton Institute as an LBL facilitator. This is my passion. What "transpersonal" means is that, though you will be deeply connected to your sub and super conscious self, you will still be able to function in your sentient being. It is like being in a very deep meditative state, Theta levels or waves, and yet still aware. You will just have more focused access to your "Higher Self," this aspect that knows who you are and why you are here.
