How We Clear Naturally

I’ve noticed a pattern lately.  Many family members, friends and clients are getting sick – and it’s not stomach stuff we’re talking about. It’s heart and throat.  I’ve received multiple phone calls, texts, emails and had several in-person sessions wherein the vast majority have had either pneumonia, bronchitis, severe sinus infections or just a bad cold that won’t clear.

So why is this happening?  Let me share my channeling the Archangel Raphael, the healer, based on a personal experience.  Getting “sick” is actually a positive and remarkable thing.

About three years ago, when I had been doing some extensive, rather painful spiritual work to dig out wounds that had festered like shards of glass deeply lodged all over my body, I got sick.  I was consistently seeing a shaman, a Reiki master and a master healer.  And I was sick repeatedly over the course of about a year.  It sucked.  I thought I was dying and, in a sense, I was. I was letting go of a huge part of “my story.”  But, I was so confused because I was seeking help… why should I get sick when I’m putting so much effort into healing myself?  Turns out my healers were helping my subconscious self reveal what I had inadvertently hidden for years: my TRUTH.

Back to my story…

At one point, I laid in bed, my heart hurting so badly it felt like King Arthur was pulling a sword out of my “stone” chest. Curses!  I had lost my voice and was beginning to lose my hearing.  When I asked, “Why is this happening to me?” the response I heard and felt was that it all needed to clear.  I was letting go of my own avoidance issues, procrastination, blame, and anger all due, in my mind, to everyone else’s imperfections.  As I look back, my thoughts were, “I am like this because of YOU.”  Yep.  My truth revealed.

And then I heard Raphael (who was much easier to hear since I could not talk or hear very well):
You are “like this” because of YOU.  This is about no one else other than yourself and the release from keeping yourself and others bound to a certain contract that YOU have set for them.  This is about you owning your part in your story.  Your getting sick just means you get to scrape the slate clean and start anew.

Raphael then explained that the less we resist, the faster we heal.  Breathing “grace” through the thoughts of impending doom and “white light” into the affected areas will push us through and into a greater awareness and understanding.  Thus, we can relinquish the unhealthy, binding thoughts and stories we have created for ourselves to then rewrite our destiny moving forward.

The good news is that I have not been nearly as sick as I was at that time, fingers crossed and gratitude amplified.

The good news for all of us is that in order for our energy field to cleanse itself, we must physically extract what, to me, looks like dust and dirt specks (the remnants from unhealthy thought patterns or “past hurts” which ultimately lend themselves to further infection) floating around our auric field.  These “specks,” once they reach our physical field are cleansed, healed and sealed as we become healthy again.  Don’t you just feel like a shiny new quarter when you recover from being sick?

And from there, we only grow stronger.

So, my response to those who have been sick?
1.  Stick it out.  You’ll be stronger in the end. (BUT, if you have had a cold for longer than a week, go see a doctor)
2.  Rest.  And when able, JOURNAL. A lot of the heart and throat stuff stems from not communicating our wants and needs properly, FYI.
3.  RE-write your story.  Are you a “victim” when you talk to other people about yourself?
4.  Own your power which was given to all of us in abundance by our Creator/Universe.
5.  Last but not least, focus on timing when communicating with others.

In sum, when and if you are feeling under the weather, look at it as time to clear and cleanse, just like cleaning and cleansing your house.  We do the same with our bodies naturally when we get sick.  The body is merely physically responding to the remnants in your auric field that need to be swept up into a dust pan and released. We are letting that old us die so we can step into our TRUE self.

I am wishing you ALL the best of health through the end of this year and into 2020. My affirmation for you:
You are healthy, clean, open to newness and LOVED.
