A Morning Encounter with the Divine
This morning, as Isabella and I were walking to school, we had an unexpected encounter with a beautiful creature – a female Luna moth. There she was, quivering in the middle of the road, seemingly stunned by the gusts of wind from passing cars, unable to fly. The sight of her delicate wings struggling against the force of the world around her immediately pulled at our hearts. We see you moth!
At that moment, I knew she needed help, so I sent her Reiki healing, channeling the energy through my hands and heart.
Isabella, ever the compassionate soul, joined me in prayer, calling upon Archangel Ariel, the guardian of nature and animals, as well as Mother Earth, Pacha Mama herself. It was a powerful reminder that the angels do indeed help when we ask if it aligns with the universe's will.
The Luna moth, in her delicate beauty and surprising resilience, represents transformation and the transcendence of the Divine Feminine. Her sudden flight was a reminder that, even when we feel most vulnerable, we are capable of transcending our circumstances and embracing our higher selves.
For weeks now, “The Sophia Code” has been calling to me – a declaration of divine, loving, and compassionate feminine power (yes, all beings have feminine energy). This encounter with the Luna moth felt like a confirmation of the energy that’s been stirring within me, within us. LOVE THIS.
Lately, I’ve been called to use Reiki healing more and more with animals.
Just a few days ago, a finch flew headfirst into my window and was flailing on her back. With warmth and a loving reiki healing I gave her, I watched as she revived, regaining her strength and eventually flying away. It’s moments like these that remind me of the incredible power of Reiki. It’s not just for humans; it’s for all life forms. The energy of Reiki healing is so powerful, and it amazes me how, by harnessing this ki (qi) energy, we can share light, love, and hope with the world.
We’re not taught in school that we all possess this power – that within each of us lies the potential to channel healing energy.
But it’s true. It’s a gift we all have, waiting to be awakened and used for good. It’s this energy, full of positive intent, that can bring hope to the world and the universe.
As I reflect on this morning's encounter, I’m sending love and healing from our friend, the Luna moth. It’s time to expand and transcend, to embrace the transformative power within us all.
