This was my first time channeling the Archangel Metatron. Typically when I work with him, it is to go back and heal childhood trauma/wounds from current or past lives. He, along with Sandalphon, is one of the few archangels who was once human: Enoch, the prophet. I recognize his energy because he is a deep purple/indigo color and feels “structured” (tough to describe). When I looked up his “job,” I read that he “teaches people how to use their spiritual power for good while he records their choices in the universe’s great archive (known either as God’s book of life or the Akashic record)” taken from https://www.thoughtco.com/how-to-recognize-archangel-metatron-124277.
Makes sense since he spoke to me on the topic of TIME. Here is what I heard:
Time is a means of measurement, exacting and calculated (I see visions of Greeks/Romans – togas and olive leaf chaplets – pointing at the sun). The original question arose: How will we know the exact time to perform our everyday activities consistently? Gone was the way of the dinner bell, the rooster – or so you thought. Time used to be a mere estimation. And now it has become the essence of all movement, life. It can control and hold fears – “limited time” – and it speaks to a sense of lack if we allow it to do so.
My Thought: Can we use time for good?
Answer: Yes, of course. Integrity, self-worth, boundaries. Those are all in God’s time. So the overriding or underlying question is: What is the best use of time?
As we observe you day in and day out, we see a piddling away of precious time. If you begin to think of time as gold, or for some perhaps a cell phone battery, you will begin to see how rapidly your energy depletes when time is wasted – or perhaps when it is being taken for granted.
Some would question how they can make good use of their time while at work. That is a whole different subject to which we shall address later. For now, happy or unhappy, satisfied or unsatisfied with what you do, you can be more aware of the good that surrounds you, whatever the environment. When you get to your desk at work, consider what you love about the space, not what you must complete. Life is not “completion.” If you look at it from the eternal space, you will realize that life is quite cyclical. It is only the aspect of “earth time” that makes you feel rushed, pressured.
So we remind you to do activities that bring you such joy that you lose all sense of time in doing them. Make a list of these activities as a reminder and partake in them when possible. No matter the time frame or what you are accomplishing at that time, take a deep breathe and remember where you are. Look at your beautiful body with all its intricacies, complexities and functions – those aspects of your physical selves that perhaps your overlook or misread. Love yourself all the time, for you are the most beautiful being in all God’s creation.
Sending much love and good times!
